Maybe you are talking about the whistle thing that attatches to your car. I do not know where to get one, maybe a sporting goods store, maybe even Walmart. I think as you drive it whistles or something scaring wildlife away. I think I saw it on TV. Hope you find what you are looking for.
Check out this website, scroll down to whistlers and noise makers:

Hi,
I live in a mountainous region, with plenty of deer, black bear, ducks, squirrels, possums, etc... not to mention dogs and cats. I am very familiar with what you are asking about!
Speed is the number one killer of animals, and by that I mean, going too fast to miss some of the animals. Of course, there is always the chance a deer will jump out in front of a car or pickup, and there's not way to stop... regardless of the speed.
Whistles might work, IF the person driving the car isn't going too fast. If going too fast, by the time the animal hears the sound, it would be too late!
Best of luck.

From hitting a few deer, they will either not stop, or stop to look at the pretty lights coming at them.. Whistles help... but doesn't stop it...
Hate to say it, but most of the time its better to hit them then swirve and flip the car in a ditch. Just the other week, some bozo was going probably 60 down through here at night... and POW... deer in my driveway. Squirrels, rabbits, cats or dogs... don't swirve to try and avoid it unless you have to... sad to say that of course.
Bell makes a good dual whistle, you get two in a pack... and each one has two whistles. After a year of the hot sun and rain, they have stuck on better then any others I've tried. Got those at walmart. Of course it also helps to have a tank of a car... Lol
