I have this gas furnace every time I push the reset button it will turn on but after 5 minutes. It will turned off again and will never turn back on unless I push the re-set button again. I just re-placed our thermostat because I thought that might be the problem but after installing it and set it to 90, still the same push the reset button then after 5 min. or so it turns off again. Can someone please help me maybe anyone here have the same problem. I appreciate it. Thanks

Can you offer more info as to the model of furnace you have? Which reset are you referring to?

The reset button on the furnace. The latest is that now it won't shut off. We finally had to flip the fuse to turn it off.

Scratch the Honeywell, the brand of furnace is Leeson. The model number is right though.

We need a make and model of your Furnace. There is no such thing as a honeywell furnace.
Can you describe where the reset it located? Can you possibly take a picture of the inside of the furnace and let us see what you have. Does your blower ever kick on. Lot of things we have to know before we can help. Thanks and lets us know what you find. One other thing. Is this an oilburner? Natural gas or propane?

Here are some pictures of our furnace... The red button with capital H is the re-set / re-start button. The model number is 140 G1, the brand of furnace is Leeson...
Thanks .

Change the battery of your machine, the battery does not have enough amp to supply continuously the machine..
Change it and it will be fine
