I came to uk in 2006 as the dependent of my mom who is a work permit holder when can we apply for indefinate leave to remain?

How long has she been working with this employer?

She is currently working on work permit valid till oct 2009 she came in 2004 I read somehere that dependants of work permit holders and apply if they have been in th euk for 23 months continuously... thank you for your help
