How do I make my hair grow as fast as possible? What should I eat? What products should I use?

There are numerous vitamins that are supposed to help, but really you can't speed up hair growth much. Like nails, hair grows best when your overall health is good, so a varied diet, plenty of exercise and (not too strong) sunshine is the best way to ensure long term results.

Do not use shampoos that contain the following sulfates:

Ammonium Laureth Sulfate
Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate
TEA Laureth Sulfate
TEA Lauryl Sulfate
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate

The following sulfates are gentle and will not damage your hair:
Polyoxethylene Fatty Alcohols
PEG 80
Sorbitan Laurate
Decyl Polyglucose
Cocamidopropyl Betaine
Sodium Myreth Sulfate

A clarifying shampoo should be used once a month. Your clarifying shampoo should be different from your regular shampoo. It will contain harsher sulfates than those in your regular shampoo. Clarifying is important to ensure that your protein and moisturizing treatments are effective.
