I buyd the game : 18 wheels of steel pedal to the metal
and I install
then I press play , and it errors
he says this :" we are sorry , but the operation system failed to provide the window to render the graphics in. Please consult the game manual for known wokarounds that might improve the game's compatibility whit your hardware."
then I press OK
and then another error : "microsoft visual c++ runtime library."
says :" runtime error! program : c:\program files\18 wos pedal to the metal\prism3d.exe
this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
please contact the application's support team for more information."

There are a lot of mentions of display problems with this game series, especially with error messages including a fault of the Prism3D engine.

The suggestion I find most often is to update your drivers from the video or mother board website.
