I was just wondering how to install neon tubes under a 98 dodge ram 1500 cause I bought them used and he had them installed what do I do.

I would check with your local law enforcement first to make sure there aren't any laws against them. I'd hate to see you waste the time installing them just to have to take them back out, or worse, get a ticket.
