Anthony was the last person with her daughter Caylee, and everybody including her admitted it.
She lied about every person, place, and times of that last time with her daughter.
Don't you think, like any other person she should have been a suspect and arrested for being a negilgent mother and lying of her where abouts right off the bat?

I think if she were arrested she would give it up knowing this would give her some specific set knowledge of how much time she would have left in jail being the self-centered person she is.

Why aren't Lawyers charged as accomplices?

Well, I'm Canadian and it's possible that I don't know as much about this story as you, but...

I have brothers and a dad whom are all psychologist... and my dad is well renown. They all have said to me that she is a "psychopath". She's socially unable to connect her inappropriate behaviors to her actions. My family uses her behavior and reactions as a "bookmark" now when describing a person w/ this type of psychosis, when mentoring someone new in the agency.

Just thought I'd mention that...

It's not that she's "self centered", she's actually "sick".

Who's Anthony?

Most assuredly she is a "psychopath". Yet, there is a point where she is capable and it is obvious, to "admit" to some degree of what happened with the child. This young lady is definitely capable. There is a flip side that there was possibly an accident and she is in fear of her consequences being a normal human being thought.

This has been long enough time with all the basis covered. I knew a young lady quite well that displayed psychopathic traits and another family member in the field noted all the traits and explained convincingly that she needed meds and counseling. Well, she was right about the counseling because of past issues. She was not psychotic, she needed one person to be supportive of her. I explained her past track for the year to counselors, social workers and I'll be darned one befriended her allowing her to know that she is only human and just needs time, and within two weeks this young lady was back on track. This looked like an extremely tough situation with needing much time to sort out the issues and I spared her of that tough road with the plus that she is counseling for past issues.

Believe me, I know Ms. Anthony is a psychopath, yet as the example above there's a fine line at times and she is definitely capable of touching reality with her actions after all this time and much of the hard work she has accomplished covering up. She has purposely lead every investigative question away from her participation, actions or any responsibility associated with her daughter. That says it all. Oh, and I am very renowned for knowing or finding truths and cutting through the litter. I respect the psychology field, really amazes me how it is so right on, but there are times, so this is not some derogatory statement, just letting it be known that it's not the only resource for truth. Thank you for your information and answer though, appreciate it.

You said a FEW TIMES that you know she's a psychopath and capable of "touching reality"... I think you may be thinking that a psychopath can't be in reality, but in fact they ALL are. They are very good at tricking people or manipulation. Just like this Ms. Anthony... she just doesn't feel remorse or responsible. Her mind doesn't wrap around the truth because she doesn't live in a personal world of accountability... she's ill.

I also don't mean to EXCUSE her behavior by labelling her as ill, so she can have a defense that protects her from having to do jail time for her offences.

It's just CLEAR that her mind is sick...
