To the best of my knowledge, female dogs do not go through menopause, as pointed out by this site:

At 7 yrs old, your dog is probably OK to get pregnant. I would hesitate at much older dogs, say over 12 yrs old, due to infections, other disadvantages.
I would also check with your Vet, and get his/her opinion. Best of luck.
