I have a car with a titel pawn loan on it. A friend of mine wanted to take over the payments, a get the car when it is paid off. My friend gave the car to her sister and she was to make the payment. She has only made the interest payments and is giving me a hrd time about renewing the tag.. can I take the car back? What are the problemsabout insurance, it is in her name?

There are no insurance problems, if you get the car back you must get your own.

The car has a tiltle panw in my name, the title is still in my name, and the tag is in my name. There was a contract when I told my friend she could take over the payments, when she gave the car to her sister there was never another contract written. There was only a "yes she can have the car if she makes the payments". That's all.
