I have a double sink, one with the garbage disposal. Run the disposal . Watr flows up to to other sink , water won't go down , I've pulled pipes and routed , any suggestions?

First remove the trap and check if it is clean if it is, put it back and make sure it's tight.
Second you could use a plunger in the sink, you’ll have to plug up the disposal while you do it, so that air does not come up and down through the disposal.
Just put something over the hole or in the top of the hole, put water in the sink until it backs up, and then use the plunger, (I'd use hot soapy water.)
Third if the If the plunger wouldn’t help then use a snake, see the (image) below.
I personally don't like drain remover. It cannot be good for your pipes, good luck

afaroo is correct. Try his recommendations. If you can't get through with a hand snake, I would call a plumber, they usually have power augers that will have a much better chance of clearing your drain. If your clog is beyond the trap , liquid drain openers most likely won't help. In my experience all they are good for is burning the poor plumber that has to come in and try to fix your problem. Good luck
