Changed the filter a few days ago, since then the rooftop unit is not running. The fan in the air handler is running but not blowing cool air. Help!

Is the condensing fan motor operating? Have you cleaned the coil lately? Way too many option to give you and accurate answer based upon the info you have supplied.
