:confused:I don't know how to go about this. I have a good friend and she is a dieting freak. She doesn't eat properly and goes to gym almost everyday. She has lost lot of weight. I have asked her to eat properly but shr doesn't instead she asks me to eat properly( I am fine with my weight, and I don't skip meals like her). Recently we had a squabble and I decided not to discuss about this topic again, I let her know that. Since then she has just stopped talking to me. I don't understand anything. She was a good friend, but I guess something went wrong somewhere.

Your friend will except help when she thinks she has a problem! Until then she will only get upset if you challenge her about it! You need to let her know you will be there when she needs you and then its hard but take a step back . As for her trying to get you to eat the same its only cause she feels alone at the min cause she is the only eating like this and if you did it she wouldn't be by herself .

I agree, your friend sounds like she might have an eating disorder, but don't bug her about it. If it gets to the point where she looks really bad and isn't acting right, you shoud consult an adult, actually, don't even wait that long. When you are dieting like that you can become irritable. This could be the reason she's acting this way.
Make up with her. Tell her you'll be there for her and stuff. Just be there.
