I want to know what kinds of psycological effects are related to hip hop and what studies or stats show this

Well it tends to manifest itself in lack of proper spelling, grammar and sentence structure and follows through into their entire attitude in dealing with authority figures.

In addition to what Ben says, it also suggests that education and hard work are not the way to achieve success, being a rap hero or sports star seems to be the way to go. And success seems to be measured by the amount of women ('bit*ches') you have, the types of expensive cars you own, the drugs you consumed and the cops you killed.

I love hip hop. Fault my spelling. Why must people stereotype?

By the way tone2real its spelt psychological. Many other factors contribute to those attitudes ~ music in my opinion cannot change anything that wasn't there in the first place.

Why must people stereotype? He asked about hip-hop, we answered based on the lyrics in hip hop songs. That's not stereotyping.

He asked about psychological effects not what the lyrics say.The 'lyrics' you base your answer on trace back to rap music. Hip hop music is a different ball game.
