What is it called when a mother gives birth to a baby and it legs are not developed right? Can a child at birth have there legs not developed right so they can't walk at all? When they get older could they be like any normal person? Can they still like have kids them self when they get older? Can they still be a normal person and just not walk? Can there legs and them self still get bigger? Can they just be a normal person and just not walk at all? What is it called? I would like to know more about it please and thanks.

It depends on the disability... some can be corrected with surgery, braces, etc. some can not. If that is the only concern, it won't effect their ability to have children. What it is called will depend on the reasons for it. Can they be normal? Check out this guy... :)
