Hi there, am after some advice on installing a ceiling fan with a light into a house that has a flat cliplock roof, so no access to the roof to install. Does this matter? Would it cost extra if I have it installed by a licensed electritian? Thanks

Is there something installed already where you want to put the fan?

There is a light in the roof where we would like to put the fan/light.

So wiring won't be an issue. Do you know what it is mounted to?
