Has anybody tried the master cleanse/lemon detox diet... I heard it works and as I´m going to be arriving back in the States chunkier than I was I would like to give it a try when I get back.

Unless it is completely herbal, I wouldn't touch it. I have found the HerbalOne's Optimum D-tox is an excellent product and their diet is too (although expensive). Nothing good comes cheap.

I don't know what that is, but I am a lemon fiend. Through the colder months, I juice a couple of lemons and add it to hot water. Then I drink it from a thermos throughout the day. I just love lemons, and whenever I drink this I stay free of colds all winter long.
