Hi I've recently purchased a motorcycle from marshys motorcycles. Big mistake. We received the bike and haven't been able to use it. The bike dies! Have phoned marshys numourous times and eventually 8 days after delivery managed to speak to the mechanic. Who advised me to get the bike to a local bike garage for them to sort it out they assured me that they would foot the bill(im so gulable) the bike garage came and picked it up and phoned me yesterday to say that the speedo cable wasn't attached (So how did this bike pass a road test?) and that the carb was blocked and also that the bike had been badly assembled as in the alighnment was out, thank god I didn't let my son out on it, they also phoned marshys who said that the warranty only covered parts and not labour and so it would appear that I am left to pay again for the bike to be road worthy. When I purchased this bike I paid extra for the bike to be assembled registered and ready to go,
The customer service at marshys has been terrible. I really think I will be taken legal action and has for recommend a feiend not a chance!
Has anyone else had similar problems with this company?

I have had no problems like this because here in Ontario a vehicle, or even a motorcycle absolutely cannot be sold without a roadworthy cert.
I just wanted to say Chris, that make sure you have everything in writing and documented before going after this scum and I have no doubt that if you have all your ducks ina row that you will receive compensation in small claims court, or however far you want to take it. Dealers like this should have their license taken away if they can't conduct business of selling vehicles in a satisfactory, safe way.
Good luck and let us know how you progress.

Unfortunately, Marshys Motorcycles have now gone bust leaving 100's of customers out of pocket
