I would say to spice things up, get out of bed and go somewhere else out of your neighborhood and away from your problems. :D

The beach is good and very sexy place.

What exactly is considered spicing things up will vary couple to couple a great deal. What might be "same ole...same ole" for me might be a "don't even think about that" to some couples.

Try something new you haven't done before. Lack ideas? Visit a store that rents adult videos and pick one out together... then get some ideas what tickles both your fancies.

Open and honest communication is the best thing. Talk about what each of you think is "spicy". In no time at all things will be spiced up! Check out BedroomTest.com (http://www.bedroomtest.com) or similar sites that have tools to help you and your partner talk about this stuff.

This is what you should do to spicen things up. Try watching porn together, maybe there are things that you both see that you may want to try.

Dare I ask what passes for spicy now?

That would give me a benchmark.

Are you all kidding me? How old are you guys anyway?

TO THE OP: go to victoria's secret, get some naughty lingerie! Preferably something with garter straps, knee highs, the works. Doesn't even have to be victoria's. Just get some sexy lingerie, dim the lights, play something exotic, dance for him. If you're really shy, put on one of those masquerade maskes, it will embolden you! He will get sooo turned on!

Another idea: go to one of those exotic stores and purchase a couples game. You will thank me for it. I have one, its like a board game you play with your mate. It will definitely spice things up. Get one that comes with handcuffs, body oils, etc.

Just have fun with it, and let loose!

I'm in the later half of the 40's the wife is in the early half of her 40's.

The porn thing works for us. I've always had a lievly imagination but it still gave me ideas she really likes. And gave her a lot she never would have thought of on her own.

Nothing wrong with Lingerie... my wife has a really nice lingerie drawer. Most of what she wears under her her clothes I consider hot.

John,
You still there?
I'd be glad to help but a few questions:
1.R u still active on this site?
2. What is spicy now? Whathave u tried?
3. How old are you?
4. Are there any other issues here? Her sex drive? Yours?
Health or marrital Complications in past?
This is 100% anonymous and will help me get you a good answer.

Most couples can not handle it.

The kinds of couples that are already having problems with sex are NOT the kinds of couples to advise to start swinging.

Swingers (the ones that actually make it work more than once or twice before either stopping the swinging or losing their relationships) tend to be happy with their sex lives, trust one another completely, and are confident in their sex lives.

Anyone not confident enough to not already be using sex toys isn't going to survive swinging.

Swinging?

Did I miss something?
