I have a whirlpool built in fridge freezer, about 5 years old, and cannot find how to defrost it it has symbols above it, a thermometer with two arrows pointing down, a triangle and a wavy line - and a white button to the left of the thermometer - can you help?:)

I thought most new ones would do it automatically. Do you have a large amount of ice?
