Recently I was awarded a small claims judgment in Oklahoma. The individual will never pay. I know that individual receives a large IRS refund every year. Can I garnish or put a lien on that refund for the amount of the Judgement? If so, how and what forms would I use? I have tried contacting IRS - but always put on hold and never get answer.

Hello chat:

Nope. The only people who can grab THAT cash, is the government itself.

IF, however, you know where he banks, and he has his refund direct deposited, you can seize it once it goes into the account.
