I was born with complete ovaries and they do produce eggs but I was born without a uterus.. I'm 2o years old and I never had any period.. I know that my case means that I won't be able to carry a child on my own but I want to know does having no uterus affects anything else other than that pregnancy issue? I heard that the growth of one of the kidneys is related to the growth of the uterus... others said it affects other body organs like the heart!! I guess my question is being born without a uterus does it have any effect in the growth or the presence of any other organs? I'd really appreciate an answer to my question... thank you

Other than pregnancy I don't think there is a problem since the ovaries are the organs that produce hormones. But your doc shopuld be able to explain this to you
