One week after my period finish I start having brown discharge(after sex(with condom)),then after few days that having brown discharge I start bleeding,I ve been to doctor wasn't any infection,doc said I have a bit inflammation cervix,I'm 28 married,always have sex with condom,I had smear test I'm waiting for result ,I'm so scared,would u help me

It sounds like you are having spotting between periods. The brown discharge is totally normal, it is most likely old blood that the uterus sheds after bleeding during your period. I would only be concerned if it had a foul odor. But bleeding or spotting constantly isn't normal, and there are several things that can be done to regulate it. Being that you have at least one child, have you considered the Mirena IUD? It's a wonderful device that when inserted stays for 5 years, no periods, maybe SOME spotting for a day or two a month, and no pills or patches or moodiness or cramping!
