Is payslip necessary for H4 visa.. I have 4 payslips with me.. have to show all of them?

If you are applying for H-4, you need your spouse's passport and copies of every pages, reference letter issued by his/her employer, photos, and evidences to prove that you are legally married to him/her. If your spouse started work already, you can submit his/her paystubs. Get all these documents and apply at the nearest consulate.
