My Dog Just Had Her First Litter On Sept. 16 And The New Born Puppies Are Infested With Fleas Left And Right. My Husband And I Sat And Try To Pick Them Off One By One But For Some Reason For Every Flea We Pick There Is 3 More And So On. What Is The Best Way To Rid These Fleas From My New Born Babies Please Someone Hellllp... :(

The last link contains the following advice/response to a poster from Labman, the resident dog expert on this site:

"The flea comb may be good for getting rid of the existing fleas. Washing in Dawn, although recommended by many inexperienced people, can create reactions. Your vet can likely supply safe, effective products for 3 week olds. You will need to treat your house and yard with a product that kills both fleas and their eggs, but is safe for young puppies. The mother also needs to be on an effective product save for lactating mothers..."
