HI,
My body structure is by defaut like this that what ever I eat gets deposited on my thighs, arms and hips.
Rest of the body appears to be slim.
Coz of this there is lots of disproportion.
Can any one suggest some exrcise/food schedule... etc to over come this problem.
Well about my eat, even that's unde control...
Please any body help as I am fed up of this kind of body structure... :(
