I am a 15 year old boy and recently my right nipple has been hurting. It looks pretty normal and all but when it is pushed, it hurts (not a lot, but to a worrying extent). Nothing comes out when I squeeze it or anything. I don't usually do anything with my nipples but they started hurting all of a sudden. There's some lump under the right nipple, but its kind of also there on the left one (which doesn't hurt). The pain is INSIDE the nipple and not on the skin/outside. I have been exercising (running) rather more rigidly lately. It's been hurting for like 1 week and a half now. I am pretty worried having read some articles on men with breast cancer. Does anyone know what this is or a solution to it?

Then, don't push it... seriously, all joking aside, this is normal for both boys and girls around your age. It's just a surge in hormones. It'll go away before you realize it.

Thanks for your answer :] I feel somewhat relieved. Is there any chance of this being a disease? And its hard not to push it because I sleep with my front down.
