I saw a film a few years ago, quite a low budget job, all I can remember is this genetically engineered super-soldier who was part of the Hardman Project (I'm sure this wasn't the title of the film). He ended up recuing some people who were trapped inside a building, possibly on the run from an alien or a monster. I remember one scene where he punched through a wall because there wasn't a door.

Any idea what this film is?
