How do I gain more confidence in myself and my relationship?

You just got to believe in yourself like well you can dance like dance in front of a lot of people... that's how I gained myself confidence.

I have been dancing since I was able to walk and well frankly dancing in front of a lot of people has helped me open and loosen up over the years and even singing or writing a song or poem or something...

Join different groups as well at school or something just make yourself more comfortable around the more people and I promise you that your confidence will sure boost far uo... :D
