I have a 91 honda civic dx 1.5 and just had a lot of problems with it when I just replaced the battery. When I put it on the car started but my vacuum gauge was showing low vac which was because it had a low idle then died and wouldn't start. I have replaced the fuel pump relay, fuel pump, fuel filter, main relay, two injectors, ignition module in the distributor, map sensor, O2 sensor got fire got fuel pressure, but still won't start. I poured fuel in it myself the car started then died so I thought it was a fuel issue after changing everything you guys said to but still won't start. Finally figured it out it was the computer went bad pulled one from a 91 honda dx with a automatic transmission in it my check engine light is on. I read the code the computer gave me and it said bad auto trans sensor so that was good.
The car is running great but keeps on killing my brand new batterys fast, so new altenator on the car but I can unhook the battery every time I get out of my car when I hook the battery up with the key out the beeping noise like when you turn the key on is beeping how could this be? Do you think it's the ignition or what? Fixing to put a kill switch on the battery inside the car to fix it for now but would really thank anyone's opinoins.
