I am going to turn 19 this September 2008. I got married and I would like to know if I could apply to get a green card for my husband he entere the united states illegal. I woul like to know if I could apply at this age?

There's a slim chance. Most likely ,if the immigration will find out that he entered in the US illegally, he will be deported and will not be able to enter the US again.

You must be 21 years old to meet eligibility to sponsor your alien spouse, plus you must have income 125% of poverty guidelines, must be employed and have filed tax return in the past 3 years.

Since he entered US without inspection, this is not going to be smooth as he must return to his home country while you file a waiver and immigrant visa for him. You would need an experienced immigration attorney.

On personal note: You are too young to be caught up in this mess. The whole process would cost you a fortune. Immigration fees plus attorney fee may cost up to 25-30K and waiting period could be a couple of years or sooner if he did not have any criminal records.
