My husband was diagnoised with Guillain Barre 2 years ago. He was in the hospital for 2 weeks and rehap for 4 weeks. He was getting better from a lot of symptoms but he still gets really tired, shortness of breath, tingling legs at night and confused sometimes when he talks. The doctor a year ago said he doesn't have it any more that something else is going on but they can't find anything. He has done every test there is. I am just wondering if this is still GB and it just hasn't fully gone away. Does anyone have any comments about this. Thank you. A concern wife.

Hi Opeggisu:
I have known a couple people with this syndrome and they also had mixed signs/symptoms...
Here are a couple links for you to explore:
Guillain-Barre Syndrome - neurologychannel (http://www.neurologychannel.com/guillain/index.shtml)
Guillain-Barré syndrome - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guillain-Barr%C3%A9_syndrome)
I wish I could offer more. Best wishes to you and your husband...

PS...I also answered your question at plumbing!
