I am a divorced parent of two little girls and now am pregnant with my third child with a man whom I am not sure will be able to handle being a father. He has many issues with dealing with every day issues and I am scared for the baby. He make crazy comments like he is taking the baby to the beach with he is a couple of weeks old. He has no idea how to take care of a baby. I want to know at what age in Florida do I have to let him take the baby. I was going to try to breast feed and with my other two kids I don't want the daily routines broken because he thinks he can pick up the baby any time he wants. My other kids father has them every other weekend and this guy is telling me he will keep the baby a couple of times during the week and I will have the baby every weekend. He claims he has to work on Saturday's to make his money which is not true because he hasn't worked but one Saturday in the last month and a 1/2 please let me know what you think.

As soon as the chils is born, you need to go to family court and apply for full legal custody and set up child support and a visitation schedule. As long as you are breast feeding, visitation will be curtailed.
