By decent I mean schools like Gonzaga, university of Victoria, or UBC and maybe even Stanford.
My average grade in my junior year was 90% in the first semester and 97% in the second semester
My GPA was 4.0 in the final semester
I only belonged to one club which was called Impact(a christian club)
I co-founded a high-school soccer team
I will be captaining that team in the AAA(highest canadian level) league this year

I have about 50 hours of community service
My family isn't poor but I can tell you that there is no chance that I would be able to go to college without a scholarship.

As for my story, well, we were forced out of our home country because my paerent's are from opposing countries (eritrea, ethiopia) I've had to attend 4 different highschools since my Dad is a Pastor. I've had to live in 4 different countries and about 6 different cities.

I think you misunderstand what a "decent school" is. A student can get a great education at any accredited college or university; it's what the student puts into the effort that counts.

If I were you, I would call around to various colleges that interest you and talk to Admissions about your situation and your achievements/capabilities in order to get an idea of what the possibilites for financial aid might be. Don't forget--you aren't the only student with good grades who is hoping for a full ride. Be assertive! Be memorable!
