I have a 1999 honda passport. The blower motor for the heater quit working yesterday. I disconnected the connector at the blower and turned on the key. I have 12.8 volts.Fuses are good.If I hook directly to battery the blower motor works. Thanks for the help!!

. Clean male and female connectors going to the blower motor.

. Test all under-hood and under-dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

This procedure will test for "power through the fuse," not just that the fuse is good or not. If you find a fuse where the test light doesn't come on, but the fuse is good, disconnect the negative battery terminal, remove the fuse and clean it and the socket with No. 240 abrasive cloth, and spray with WD-40. Afterwards, hook everything up and retest.

My dad has a jeep cherokee and he had the same problem. We finally figured it out it was the switch on the dash.
