Well not a lot of information there but ill try
1) Are you connecting via wireless or wired?
2.a) If wired, Is you computer plugged into one of the LAN ports (not WAN)
2.b) If Wireless, Is the router showing up in the wireless network browser?
2.b.a) is the router showing any security? *See #6 to resolve
3) If Wired, Are you using a standard Ethernet cable (not a cross-over)
4) Is your Network/Wireless adapter enabled in windows/BIOS
5) Is your computer set to get an IP from DHCP (not statically assigned)
6) Is it a new Router (if used could be set to different address/not brodcasting/have security enabled, try pressing the Reset button on the router)
Hope this helps, some more info about the problem would help narrow it down better
Let us know the answer to the above questions and also let us know what your computer has for an IP address.

Connect a computer wired to this router, then follow this steps;
Click on start>RUN>type CMD hit enter then after that type IPCONFIG on the black window and look for the deaful gateway that should be the router IP address...
