Lol!
I'm pretty thin all round but have a little pot belly. I have no idea why!
I've read I have to eat healthy, exercise, etc. But wouldn't that make my slim parts thinner? I don't want to look like a bag of bones.

Can anyone enlighten me on what to do? And why do I have a bit of a belly?

Do you drink soda or any drinks with carbonated water? This can make your stomach bulge. If you do stop. Do some exercises that focus on your mid area and once you do don't stop, keep it up. Your mid-section is the hardest to get rid of and a good workout abs video is abs for dummies, it worked well with me and after 2 months I lost close to 11 inches.

There is little we can do to control where we lose fat when we diet an exercise (if anyone knows otherwise, please let me know). liz28 is right about the carbonated beverages. Much of your belly bulge could be gastrointestinal. If you're over 18, I would suggest using a good quality colon cleansing program (one that uses a multi-fiber source formula and takes more than a week to complete). Personally I like Colonix from Dr. Natura, but there are several other quality options out there.

Crunches and abdominal exercises will tighten up your whole midsection. When you have more muscle there, it gets flatter. If you have less muscle, your stomach is more apt to stick out.

Try using the reverse lower ab crunch, it still works on the whole abdominal section but targets mainly the lower abdominal where usually the belly bulge is located. If you Google it it will show you how to do the crunch, if you don't know how.

Thanks everyone!
I actually do drink a lot of carbonated flavoured water. Best I stop!

What would colon cleansing do?
