True or false?
Kind of true! Chapter 14, Section,1404.4 of The Standard Plumbing Code says that no vent terminal shall be located directly beneath any door, window or other ventilating opening of the building, nor shall any such vent terminal be within 10 feet of of such a opening unless it's at least 2 feet above the top of such opening.
It goes on to say, they shall be screend and shall not terminate under the overhang of the building.
