A little back-ground about myself...

I am 25-years-old and thus far have had two partners. My first was a virgin and never had any problems in the past. My current girlfriend tells me that I am her second, but who knows...

The problem occurred after our vegas trip. We got a little drunk in the bubble bath and had sex. After sex, I noticed small red bumps on my penis. The bumps do not itch or hurt. I thought to myself, it must be the soap. Jumped in the shower and took a shower. The bumps didn't disappear completely, but after the shower, it subsided dramatically. At this point the bumpiness went away and it was just red dots.

Came home and went about my business. Couple of days after the vegas trip, the redness ALMOST disappeared completely, but never did. Now, the bumpiness is gone, but its still red AND the skin is peeling off (like when you get sun burned). Not excessively, but very little.

There is no pain, itching, or discomfort. No puss or substance coming out. Could this be all caused by soap? I've had sex with my current girlfriend for almost 6 months and never had any issues until now.

I'm thinking it was the tub in Vegas had some kind of creepy could in it that was not properly sanitized and you got it. Would suggest seeing a dr about this and stress the tub, not the girlfriend as the problem. Skin peeling is always a good reason to see the dr.
