I have been in a relationship for like 6 years now. We are getting ready to get married next year. I can't help but think that for the rest of my life I will be engaging in sex that never ends in orgasm. I have told him countless time what exactly I want and what exactly I need. I can't believe it but he completely ignores it! Like it doesn't matter at all. I use to fake it for the first two years big mistake! I have had orgasms with my previous partners, which is why I can not understand what his deal is? Is it that he doesn't care? I need advice to get him to pay attention to my needs.

I would not let him finish! If you are having sex, and he isn't doing anything for you, make him stop. Why should he get all the fun?

Tell him what you just told us. And tell him that you can't imagine spending the rest of your life with someone who ignores your sexual needs.

If he does not respond to that, do not marry him!

Find someone who cares... you've been telling him for six years and for six years he's been ignoring you. That's not the same as not knowing how to push your buttons.

I never let my wife not have hers unless she just says don't bother that night.

When he starts and is in the height of passion just say to him "no me first then you"... might do the trick if he wants his pleasure bad enough. If he refuses, then there should be no pleasure for him either! Compromise
