I am staying in Bangalore since I am working here. But my parents are staying in some other place. And there I have taken a home for lease for a period of 3 years for my parents. Now I want my parents to come and stay with me. But don't know whether it is possible to break the lease or not. My parents have become old. Me and my wife want our parents to stay with us.. Now its just only one year has covered in the lease period. Please kindly suggest what I can do to break the lease period and its very urgent.

Well, you didn't say where your parents lease is.

I would recommend reading the lease (do they have a written lease?) and see what it says. Normally, you can break a lease. They would have to wait until it's up, or reach an agreement with the landlord. Some times you can pay an early termination fee or something.

A lease, no matter what country its in, is a contract. As long as both parties uphold their ends of the contract it would be a violation to break it.

You need to read the lease and understand the laws for the area where they live to determine whether you can break it or not. You might try negotiating with the landlord for a buyout.
