I have a problem with my CD/DVD-RW Drive!!

When I start my PC and insert a disc, then check what is stored on the disc, all is well but when I then eject this disc and insert a different one, the original set of files are displayed as the disc contents.
I have tried un-installing / re-installing the hardware but problem still exists. I have checked for driver updates but no better driver is available and I have no old driver to revert back to.
The only way to get disc 2 contents to be displayed is to re-start my computer.
This has become a major headache for me when trying to remove individual files from various CD/DVD'S to transfer onto another removable storage device.

PLEASE... PLEASE... HELP

Once new disc is put in, try hitting F5 to refresh to see if that will refresh the directory

If not, close windows explorer and then reopen explorer and go to you cd rom drive, files should read what is on disc now
