Can you please tell me about Clindoxyl Gel? It was prescribed for my 13 yrs old son. Should he be using this, when he has no break out? His acne is not too bad on face, but all over his body. Can this be use on legs and arms also?

This is an anti-biotic type of acne medication (I actually participated in a clinical trial with one of these). As such, there really is not much point in using it in places that do not have break-outs. I'm not a doctor, but anything you can use on your face is almost certainly usable on arms and legs (watch the insides of the knees and elbows though). If you are concerned, and he doesn't have a bad break out, just have him use it locally on each pimple. To the best of my knowledge though, these types of topical treatments are not very harsh on the skin.
