I'm a 27 yo male, with a non violent history, loyal friend, and good father. My quastion is a young small town women has reported a sexual assult against me. Her and I and another married couple were in the room all night at a motel. I know it sounds bad, but they have proof that she has had sex with 3 people within 24 hours. I've never been in a situation like this, nor have I been charged with a crime, I took a dna test willingly, and my quastion is that we all were very drunk, and the night was in and out of my mind. If my dna is there, does that prove that I'm guilty of a sexul assault? Its been almost 5 months, and again, no charges have been filed, what do I do?

She said she really wanted to hang out and have fun with us that night. We all met at the bar that night, and started drinking. Sexuall quastions came up, and we all flirted having a good time. She started flashing us, pulling her pants down so we could see her tan line, and butt. We all left the bar, she knew we were going to a motel room, and wanted to go and drink more. We all got a little crazy, she started kissing the guys wife, and drinking more, ane him and I just drank and watched. After an hour or so o drinking we all laid down, they took their clothes off, we had ours on. I passed out, and when I woke up I was in my boxers, I got up and took a shower and they left, she said that she thinks I was putting her panties on her, and she went back to bed. The couple was in the bed next to us all night, and said that they didn't hear anything during that time, and support that I'm not a man of that nature. Dies it sound like I need to worry? I mean if my sperm is there, does that say that I assaulted her? Or that maybe just drunk sex was what happened?
