I have an apartment in moscow, russia, which I co-own with my mother. I am u.s. citizen and my mother is u.s. resident alien and we are russian citizens too. In case of sale of the apartment, provided all taxes/dues are paid to russian government what are applicable taxes in the u.s. Thanks.

If you are selling a house and the agents(2) are fighting over who is going to get the money and your house is about to foreclose can you sue the agents for taking months to close on a house when the bank has already approved the sell of the house and now the agents are the hold up
