I assume you mean bonded. Are you sure your business needs you to be bonded? If so, contact insurance agents in your area.

It would be helpful to know what kind of business that you are wanting to start, please? Depending on the type of business, it's possible that you might not need to go with the extra expense of being bonded. However, you most certainly will need at least liability insurance no matter what kind of business it is that you are operating.
