I live in Virginia now but have an open DUI case in Florida that will result in 6 months probation. How will my probation work? Will I still have to report, drug screen, etc? My attorney told me I would only have to mail in my probation costs... but that just sounds way too simple to believe. I want to know what I'm getting into... or if I'm better off moving back to FL

In reference to your report of this question, I tried to PM you, but you are not accepting PMs.
You are responsible for controlling who has access to your computer and/or account info. That's the only way someone else could post under your account.

It will be up to the judge, they may allow you to do unsupervised probation in your state, or they may require it to be officially transferred to your state and you have to report.
If you have an attorney that does a lot of DUI cases ( and I would hope you did) then they should know what "normally" happens with this court in these cases.
It is possibel but then it is always up to the judge.
Also about your report, only someone with your password can post on here, so you or someone you allowed to be on here had to post this. I am sure you are having second thoughts perhaps about publcly posting, But your report has been reviewed and the post will remain.
