How do I take out a needle and seat for a four wheeler bear tracker? Then how do I put a new one in? Please tell me someone?

Are you talking carburetor? If so, why do you think you need a new seat?

Thank you so much for the response I did figure it out and put the new one in the gas was just pouring out of the carb put the new one in and walla my youngest 10 year old pulled the rope one time and she started right up thank you so much for the response any idea where to go to get used parts?
