He is married for the third time and having his fifth child. His first three children he hasn't seen since 2001 or paid child support for them. They live in another state. I have one child that is now foru by the man. He owns his own business and claims he makes less than minimum wage and provided tax documents to prove this. He has had his drivers license taken away once for child support in Kentucky but now lives in Oklahoma. He is a bad man to the point I have PTSD and see a sexual trauma therapist monthly and go to support groups for my problems. I take care of my child and now the courts have granted him more visitation and he is fighting for shared custody since he was not granted full. I am outstanding citizen, no record, parking ticket, great military record and I am going against a man that has been to jail, been to a psyche ward, doesn't take care of his other kids and put me through hell for five years. I live his town that I am not from and divorced him when my son was six months old. I don't know what to do. The courts are not helping, DHS seems to be against me and my lawyer is trying his best. I need someone to look into this man's past but it seems in this state they treat one child from joint parents differently from other children from past relationships. I willingly provide my child with everything I possibly can and I am blessed I am able to do so but how is it a father can claim he doesn't have enough money and get more time and not pay anything and if this happened to me, my child would be taken away. Why not him. How can I save myself and most of all my son?

Really good lawyer, you prove by his life style, home he lives in, car he drives that he earns more than he claims
