I am 30 yrs old indian lady.a married man had sexual relation with me frm past 4 yrs saying that he is unmarried and will marry me soon, now under his family pressure he left me . What action I can take against him?I have all proof showing our sexual relation. Please advice me

There is nothing you can do. You are a 30 year old woman so you have to chalk it up to experience and move on.
Then, you never had any clues at all that he was married during those four years?

Are you an Indian lady living in India or in the U.S. Did the two of you have a child together? If you are in the U.S. or Canada and did not have a child together then there is no action you can take. You'll just have to move on with your life.

No he never let me know tat he is married, I really can't put any case of cheatin on him? Can a person play like this to any unmarried girl?

I saty in india only and I don't have any child also.

But he did all these thing saying that he is unmarried. And as I know it equivalent to rape. Isn't it?

I'm not sure what "saty" means. So if you are in India, I don't know the laws there but in the U.S. it is FAR from rape. You were willing and you can't rape the willing. I realize his leaving you isn't what you had planned but like I said if you live in the States or Canada no, there is absolutely no case against him.
