My family and I are not strangers to spirits. The last house we lived in 10 yrs ago definitely had spiritual activity. Without telling the other we all felt that someone was watching us from there. This came out later. But the one incident that stands out was a penny came flying into our livingroom from the hallway while we were all sitting there. Now the kids are grown and I am renovating a 1928 bunglow house. I've lived in 7 places since the first house with no spiritual activity. I've been experiencing a lot of things since moving in. TV's and DVR coming on by itself a few diff times. (the cd drawer came out last nite) A smell of roast cooking (yesterday) But the most frequent thing is coins. Mostly pennies. Before we moved in there were pennies everywhere with a few other coins. I didn't think much of it till I was cleaning my office closet. There was a piece of drywall leaning up against the wall. I laid it down on the foor and left the room. On return, I looked down and there laid a penny on top of it. Nothing sticky on it. A couple days ago I swept the basement foor. Not long after that I was back in the same area and there laid a penny. There was sweep marks under it so I knew I had swept there previously. I have found pennies numerous times since moving in after cleaning up the old pennies. I have read up on pennies from spirits and there are many diff answers to why people find them. Maybe you have a better explanation. Also, we bought an antique (or old) buffet and installed a sink in it in the kitchen. How much truth is there that spirits will stay with furniture. I can send a picture if you would like of the buffet. If I sound a bit stressed, I am starting to be. A bit uncomfortable would be a better choice of words. I'll be waiting for a response when you can get to my questions. Thanks a lot p

Yes, coins can appear from the spiritworld. I have this happen at my house all the time. My son's big metal toolchest that is closed and locked frequently has a lot of coins at the bottom of it. He never goes to the store and spends cash so there is no way for him to acquire coins. I frequently find coins lying on the hallway floor where I had just walked less than 10 minutes earlier. I have also found 5 quarters neatly stacked up against a coffee table leg. I find coins inside my home all the time. Oddly enough, I also find coins in the bottom of my purse! I only use plastic and not folding money or coins for purchases. I have to empty out my purse at least twice a year of all the coins. Last time I had about $5 in nickles, dimes, quarters and pennies to turn in to the bank.

As far as a spirit hanging around a piece of furniture - I can personally tell you that yes, they do hang around furniture. Also, if the person is still alive and had a very bad temper or was violent and the piece of furniture was in their presence a lot, the person can imprint onto the piece of furniture as well. One time I bought a beautiful old pendulum wall clock that was 36" tall and about 20" wide. I no sooner put it on the wall in my home and my son started acting curt, short, nasty and yelling at me for no reason. I psychometrically "read" the clock and figured out it belonged to a high pressure, high priced attorney from Cleveland OH that it was in his office where he did a lot of yelling and screaming at either his clients, over the phone, or to his staff. I actually had to smash it up in teeny tiny pieces and dispose of it in the trash to be taken away. Only then did my son start acting like himself! I had the clock for about a month. It was valued around $500 but that nasty guy's imprint was still there making for nasty situations.

If you think a piece of furniture is "bad", then take it out of your home completely. Sometimes I like to buy used furniture and I can sure get stuck with a bad piece now and then. You just have to either have the gift of psychometry (reading objects) to read the object and decide to buy it or not, or buy it and find out it's wrong for you and your home.

Thank you so much for your input. I am not sure if the buffet has anything to do with the activity in my house. Actually the activity is pretty low key. Nothing bad. I only thought of the buffet a couple days ago while trying to figure out the things going on. We've had it for about 5 months. Actually the penny (coins) phenomena is kind of fun. Every once in a while I go looking to see if anymore have shown up. When I find them I put them in a candy dish on my dresser. I hope that's OK. Hugs p

I don't know why this happens, other than that they just want to let you know that they are there and watching over you. About a week or so ago, I got into bed and a penny fell down from the wire box spring. I've been sleeping in this bed for a while now, and after all this time, a penny falls out?

I got into the shower and found a penny laying on the shelf of the shower. No clothes on to have a pocket full of pennies, so how did the penny get there?

I also find the pennies on the stairs, and on the floors.

I just wish they were bigger denominations!!
